Our online invitation system is a complimentary service, which allows you to quickly and easily create and send invitations for your party.

Step 1. Fill out the guest list

Just click Add Guest and add each guest to the system. If you don't have an email address for one of your guests, that's fine. Just leave it blank, and you can print their invitation instead. Please note that the birthday child will already be added to your guest list, using your email address. This helps you keep better track of the total number of guests attending, and also ensures that you receive a copy of the invitations you send.

Step 2. Pick your invitation format

Select an invitation template, a description of each appears on the right. Press the preview button to see a generic version of the template. Your final invite will pre-populate your own party info. To see your custom invite, set yourself up as a guest, select the template, and send via email to yourself. Note: If you max out the # of sends while testing, delete your test name and re-add to start the counter over. You can use the “Invitation message” box found below guest names to include a custom message if you want. Your message will populate at the bottom of your invite.

Step 3. Send your invitations

Once you’ve added guests, check the box for who you would like to email invitations to. Open email button at bottom, click option 'Email Selected' and your e-mails will be on their way.

Step 4. Print additional invitations.

If you added any guests that you don't have email addresses for, now you can print their invitations out. Just click Print All Invitations and we'll bring up a new screen that you can print out with just those invitations.

Step 5. Check back later.

Your guests will have the ability to RSVP to your invitation online, letting you know their status, and even including a message to you. Be sure to check back to see who's coming!
